Nancy Hunziker Ward

Nancy Hunziker Ward, 77 passed away on Monday, December 19, 2022 in Las Vegas, NV. She was born on December 8, 1945 in Keokuk, IA to Harlan and Maxine Hunziker.

Nancy grew up on a dairy farm in rural Clark County. She started her education in a one room school (Enterprise) where she completed her first four grades. Nancy would graduate from the eighth grade from Ballard School after Enterprise closed.

Nancy was a 1963 graduate of Kahoka High School. After graduation, she worked at the Sheaffer Pen Co. in Fort Madison, IA and later as a computer programmer.

Nancy is survived by her husband, Terry Ward of Las Vegas, NV, two brothers; Gary (Renita) Hunziker of Keokuk, IA and Terry L. Hunziker of Kahoka, MO. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister Patricia “Tee” Hunziker Fitzgerald.
