 On Saturday, November 11, the Miss Clark County, Miss Northeast and Miss Lewis and Clark Scholarship competitions were held at the Middle School in Kahoka. 2023 title winners: Miss Clark County Outstanding Teen – Kampbel James, Miss Northeast MO Outstanding Teen – Emma Pitford, Miss Clark County – Shelby Leeker, and Miss Lewis & Clark Outstanding Teen – Anastasia Jones.
