 DELORES J. CANNON 

Delores J. Cannon, 85, of Kahoka, passed away at 3:30am on Sunday, May 26, 2024, at the Clark County Nursing Home with her family by her side. 

Delores was born on August 21, 1938, in Kahoka, MO., to Dwight H. and Leota M (Kerner) Dorsey. She was united in marriage to Edwin L. Cannon on December 4, 1958, in Canton, MO., and he survives. 

Delores graduated from Kahoka High School in 1956. Earlier in life she taught Sunday school and Bible school at the Alexandria Presbyterian church. She attended the Wayland Baptist Church until her health permitted her from coming. Delores and Ed enjoyed going camping and fishing together and gardening. Delores loved canning their produce from the garden, and baking. To relax Delores would crochet while watching her favorite tv shows. 

Delores is survived by her husband: Edwin L. Cannon of the home, one son: David (Jessica) Cannon of Fort Madison, Iowa, nine grandchildren: Krystal Christy, David Spring, Matthew Spring, Michael Spring, Kolby Spring, Drake Cannon, Holley Cannon, Levi Cannon, Autumn Helmick, three great grandchildren, and other relatives and friends. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter: Paula, and one sister: Alma Kerner. 

Graveside Services for Delores J Cannon, were held Thursday, May 30, 2024, at 11:00 am at Sand Cemetery, St Francisville, MO. Pastor Dan Deatrick officiated. You are invited to share your memories of Delores and may leave a condolence at www.wilsontriplett.com
