KAHOKA, Mo. – The spirit of the season came alive on Thursday, Dec. 18, as Clark County R-1 High School hosted its annual Holiday Concert, featuring performances by the school’s concert choir and concert band. The event, held at 7:15 p.m., was directed by Robert Dooley with assistance from Philip Haverstock. The concert choir opened the evening with a festive and diverse selection of holiday and classical music, including “Come, Singing Noel,” a traditional carol; “Merry Christmas, Merry Christmas” by John Williams and Leslie Bricusse; “Joy to the World” by George F.
